What are the advantages of purchasing items from Venyooo.com?

Venyooo provides a virtual shopping experience with a variety of retail stores in Kuwait. You can find your desired items by simply browsing through categories, vendors, and brands. You can enjoy purchasing different items from different stores with only one shopping carts, in which all items shall be delivered to your place. This saves you time and makes it convenient for you to process your order through one online platform.

What is the difference between a featured product and a new product?

Featured products are products that may be unique or of high interest to customers. New products are newly listed collections.

What happens when I place an order online?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail right after you make a purchase. At that stage you can cancel your order online if you want. After that the order will be “Processed” then “dispatched” then “delivered”. The status of your order will be updated and you can view it in “My account” page.

How quick should I expect a response to my online order?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order as soon as you click on place order. If you do not immediately receive your order confirmation, please allow up to 10 minutes for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your confirmation, please also check your SPAM folder otherwise you can contact us through our contact details at “Contact us” page.

How do I view or change my Shopping Cart contents? How do I remove items?

Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right section, where the shopping cart box will appear viewing you selected items. In order to edit your item list, click on “View Cart” which will take you to the shopping cart page for editing.

How do I check the status of my order?

Go to My Account, click on the order history and status, there you can check status of any of your order.

What if an item is out of stock?

If the item is out of stock, it will display “out of stock”. However, sometimes a T-shirt item for example shows that it is in stock, but when you choose “Large size” it shows that this size is out of stock. When the item you are looking for is out of stock, you can search for it by categories as other vendors might sell it.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns/Exchange policies and warranties are determined as per the Vendor. You can find the details in the vendor's details section. If the vendor allows you to return or exchange, then you can call us to arrange that.

Can I order several items from different vendors, to be delivered at the same time?

Yes you can. When you reach “Checkout – Delivery method”, click on “Delivered by Venyooo”. By that, Venyooo will deliver your items to your place.

How can I request to have the order delivered at a certain date?

When you checkout, go to the first step “Delivery address”, then you will find an empty field saying “Delivery on” where you can put the delivery date you want your order to be delivered at.

Can I order some for delivery today (same day delivery)?

Usually for normal items, delivery time might take anytime between 2 – 24 hours. The earlier the order is placed during the day, the more chance it will be delivered in the same day.

Can I order products to a different place than the billing address?

Yes you can, during the check out process first thing it will ask for is your delivery address there you can create and name your own address profiles. For example someone can define a delivery profile named “Home” or “Office” or “Dewaniya” etc. Thereafter, you just need to select the address profile and your products shall be delivered to that address. You can create unlimited address profiles.

What is the difference between “Delivery by vendor” and “Delivery by Venyooo”?

Delivery by Vendor means that the vendor that you are purchasing your items will do the delivery. Delivery by Venyooo means that Venyooo will do the delivery.

What are the delivery charges for orders?

You can find delivery charges for a product once you reach delivery method during the checkout process. You will have the option to choose whether you want delivery by the vendor or by Venyooo as per your convenience and delivery charge difference. Each vendor has its own delivery charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. An invoice is included with your package and sent by email.

For canceling order go to “My account-Order history & status-order status” but please note once the order has been processed you cannot cancel it.

Can I order by phone?

Your orders should be made through your account in order to have an order tracking number. This allows us to professionally track your order and make sure that it is well processed. However, after placing your order, you can call us at any time to follow up, modify, or cancel the order as long as it is not dispatched.
