Delivery Details

As the customer places an order through Venyooo.com, it will go through the following process stages:
 

1) Pending,    2) Under process,    3) Dispatched,    4) Delivered

The customer can track his/her item by going to "My Account" and click onto "My Order History & Status". 
When the item is dispatched, it means that it is on its way to be delivered.

Venyooo strives to provide cutomers with highest standards of qualiity service, and since delivering items efficiently is an essential part of Venyooo, we illustrate below the different aspects of delivey in Venyooo:

Delivery Address:  Customers can create multiple delivery addresses under one account.
Example: A customer wants to purchase an item to be delivered to his/her house address, then purchases another item to be delivered to his/her office, and another item to be delivered as a gift to a friends house. All these cases are possible in Venyooo by just creating different address profiles and selecting it for a certain order.

Delivered By Vendor:  This means that the item will be delivered by the vendor that sells the item.

Delivered By Venyooo:  This means that Venyooo will handle the delivery on behalf of the selling vendor.

Multiple Vendor Purchase:  When a customer purchases several items from different vendors, he/she will have the choice to choose whether the vendors will handle the delivery or Venyooo instead. By choosing the first, the cusromer will receive the items separately and the delivery charge of all vendors will be summed. By choosing the second, all items from the different vendors will be collected and delivered together by Venyooo at one fixed delivery charge.

Exceptional Cases:  Venyooo staff will handle orders with special treat where in some cases some orders might require special management.

Customer Care:  Venyooo customer relations staff will be available during office hours to take all delivery issues with customers on the spot.
